In this instrument: Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003. 5 Approval of higher education provider For the purposes of section 16-25 and paragraph 16-50(1)(b) of the Act, UNSW Global Pty Limited (ACN 086 418 582; ABN 62 086 418 582) is approved as a higher education provider.
