ARCHER
The Court has heard the argument for the
appellant, and notwithstanding what has been put in
support of the submissions that have been made, the Court
sees no good reason for differing from the result at
which the Supreme Court arrived. The Court would dismiss
this appeal and affirm the judgment of the Supreme Court,
substantially for the reasons given by Mr. Justice Sugerman.
The order of the Court will be that the appeal
is dismissed with costs.
