Handley JA. This is an appeal by a defendant from an assessment of damages by Badgery-Parker J. The plaintiff was injured as a young boy. His Honour assessed damages in the sum of $586,952.93.
In my opinion his Honour was clearly correct for the reasons he gave and, speaking for myself, I am prepared to adopt them as the reasons for dismissing the appeal.
