This Act may be cited as the Legislative Standards Amendment Act 1998. Act amended 2. This Act amends the Legislative Standards Act 1992. Amendment of s 4 (Meaning of "fundamental legislative principles") 3.(1) Section 4(3)G)— omit, insert— "(j) ensures everyone is equal before and under the law, regardless of race; and'.
