Clause 1

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Amendment Act 2004.

Public Water Supplies Act 1963

Act amended in pt 2

This part amends the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act 1963.

Amendment of s 2 (Interpretation) Section 2— insert— 'controlling entity, for a public water supply, means—

(a) if the public water supply is under the control of a local government—the local government; or

(b) _ if the public water supply is under the control of another entity—the other entity.'.

Replacement of ss 3-5 Sections 3 to 5—

omit, insert—
