A Bill for An Act to amend the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act sl 4 s3 Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Amendment Bill 2005 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— Clause 1 Clause 2 Clause 3 Short title This Act may be cited as the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Amendment Act 2005. Act amended This Act amends the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act 1963. Amendment of s 4 (Addition of fluorine to public water supplies) d) (2) (3) (4) Section 4(1), after 'Subject' — insert— 'only'. Section 4(1A) to (1C)— omit.
