Short title This order may be cited as the HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2023 . 2. Commencement This order is taken to have taken effect on 30 April 2023. 3. Principal Act In this order, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 . Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
